Tasting Notes
This Library Vintage of our Cabernet begins with a beautiful and wildly dark purple rim. Full force aromatics of camphor, crushed herbs, black cherry, rose, violet and cured game exude from the glass, building in volume to reveal nuances of olive, French oak and vanilla. The first sip is striking as you swirl the wine over your tongue. An exciting arrangement of flavors emerge including blueberry, chocolate, espresso and red hard candy. The tannins and acidity are perfectly balanced, and the complexity of the palate will only build over time. Enjoy now through 2029 and beyond.
