2016 Estate Rose of Syrah

We designated only a few select rows of Syrah in our own estate Oak Knoll Vineyard to be harvested early and whole-cluster pressed for our refreshingly delicious 2016 rosé! This elegant, coral-colored wine is the essence of springtime with bright, fresh aromas of peach blossoms, wild raspberries, orange oil and just a hint of sweet fennel. Enticing flavors of Bing cherries, cranberry sorbet and honeydew are delicate, yet rich and are supported by a nuanced granitic minerality that holds it all together for a delightfully long finish.
